How Stèlegraphy Works

XOR Masking

The message is XORed against the Master Key, repeating the key over the text.

Base64 Encoding

Those bytes are normalized into standard Base64, a known 64-character alphabet.

Runic Translation

Each Base64 character maps to one of 64 Elder Futhark runes, one glyph per character.

A repeating-key XOR is a Vigenère cipher, and the other two steps are public encodings. This makes text look secret; it does not make it secret. How it breaks.
